Process Mapping and Analysis. Creating detailed maps of current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Collaboration with Stakeholders. Engaging with various departments to gather insights, understand user requirements, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Implementation of Improvements. Recommending and facilitating process improvements and ensuring their successful adoption.
Documentation and Reporting. Maintaining thorough documentation of processes and changes, including developing reports on performance metrics.
Data Monitoring and Evaluation. Analyzing data related to process performance to assess effectiveness and inform decision-making.
Training and Support. Providing training to staff on new processes and tools, ensuring smooth transitions and continued improvements.
Qualifications, Competencies & Skills
0 to 2 years in business/process analysis roles, ideally within fintech, payments, or financial services
Proven experience in operationalizing products or services integration
Experience with BPM tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio, Signavio, Draw.io)
Experience with the following tools is preferred JIRA / Confluence Excel / Google Sheets Workflow Automation platforms (UIPath)
Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance impacts on operations
Process mapping & improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma preferred at least Yellow Belt)
Analytical and structured problem-solving
Effective communication and stakeholder management
Comfortable working in high-growth, dynamic environments
