The Business Analyst will assist in analyzing business requirements and supporting the design, development, and delivery of solutions. Works under guidance from senior team members with a focus on execution, delivery, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Convert business concepts into actionable plans and system solutions
- Support process and system enhancements, including:
- Requirements gathering
- Business case preparation
- Risk assessment and mitigation
- Stakeholder reporting
- UI/process design
- Documentation and testing
- Project communication
- Deliver cost-effective solutions that improve speed to market, customer experience, and data integrity
- Resolve support issues related to the company systems and processes within timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and facilitate meetings
- Manage personal tasks, deliverables, and schedules through structured work plans
- Maintain clear communication to support change management

Education
- High school diploma required

Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (preferred)
- Certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, process certification) are an asset
Equivalent Experience
- Experience in process development or large-scale process improvement initiatives
- Recognized expertise with mentoring or teaching experience
