Junior Business Analyst

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT Business Analysis
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Skilled in project requirements gathering
• Experienced in data analysis, test planning, System QA, Project Management
• Knowledgeable in MS Excel (formula, pivot)
• Amenable to work onsite in Mandaluyong

Job Details

• Project based (6 months initial contract)
• Location: 88 United St., Mandaluyong City
• Full on-site

Responsibilities

• Engage business units to gather, document, and validate business requirements, workflows, and pain points.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and process specifications for ERP configuration.
• Support process harmonization and data standardization across departments.
• Participate in solution design reviews and recommend process improvements based on best practices.
• Prepare business process documentation, functional specifications, and test scripts.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation, and issue resolution.
• Assist in preparing user training materials and support go-live and post-implementation activities.
• Project Coordination and Management
• Track the project milestones (defined by the program manager), deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate meetings, follow up on action items, and maintain project documentation.
• Support project risk identification, issue logging, and change request management.
• Collaborate with Internal IT, external partners, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines and expectations.
• Prepare periodic project status reports for management review
• Directly Reporting to IPI Operation Supervisor/Marketing Consultant
