As a Junior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving, developing and carrying out a game-changing category strategy in support of Human Nature's sales and advocacy goals. It is essential that the candidate is able to :
1. Understand the business environment, the consumer and the products she is handling in order to catalyze timely, insightful marketing strategy and plans to achieve category business objectives.
2. Effectively collaborate with different teams (R&D, supply chain, retail channels, marketing support teams) in effectively implementing the category strategy
Responsibilities:
a) Chart out a cohesive and committed marketing strategy for the category which will help achieve business and advocacy objectives
b) Spot opportunities for the category in order to build new business
c) Have a good understanding of the consumer and competitive landscape to map out compelling positioning for the category
