Junior Brand Manager

We're looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to help bring the next generation of innovative products to life. At Dragon Edge Group, you'll turn big ideas into successful product launches by driving execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring every launch is market-ready. Your work will help shape iconic brands and support our mission to deliver 100 million products by 2031.

What You'll Do:

Drive end-to-end execution of new product launches, ensuring milestones are delivered on time and with excellence

Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Creatives, Ecommerce, Finance, and external partners to bring products to market

Monitor sales performance, launch progress, and business metrics to identify opportunities and recommend improvements

Ensure the accuracy of packaging, pricing, product claims, and launch materials through meticulous attention to detail

Manage multiple launch timelines, proactively identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track

Conduct post-launch performance reviews and translate insights into actionable business improvements

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field

2–3 years of experience in Brand Management, Product Marketing, Trade Marketing, Product Development, or a similar role within FMCG or consumer goods

Hands-on experience supporting or leading at least one successful new product launch

Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions

Data-driven, commercially minded, and passionate about building brands that win in the market

Can work in a hybrid setup with 4 days on-site
