Role Description:

Villaraza & Angangco is seeking a full-time Associate to join its Litigation Department. This on-site role, based in Taguig, will involve managing and handling various legal matters, including preparing and drafting legal motions, conducting legal research, attending depositions, and representing clients in courts. The Associate will work collaboratively with a team of highly skilled legal professionals to provide top-quality legal services and solutions to the Firm's clients.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Law, with a strong understanding of legal principles and practices.
• Experience in preparing and drafting Motions and other legal documents.
• Excellent Research skills to analyze complex legal issues and provide accurate recommendations.
• Familiarity with handling Depositions and working within Courts to advocate on behalf of clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration.
• Licensed to practice law in the Philippines.
• With at least 1 year of experience.
• Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning in the legal field.
