We are looking for a full-time, on-site Junior Architect to join our design-and-build team.
The Junior Architect will support the design, documentation, and execution of projects from concept through construction, working closely with senior architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure design intent is translated accurately on-site.
This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative mindset to support smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design development and detailing of interior fit-out and design-and-build projects
- Prepare and update architectural drawings, layouts, shop drawings, and as-built plans
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, construction, project management) and external consultants
- Support project coordination during construction to ensure drawings align with site conditions
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications
- Assist in material selection, finishes, and detailing with a strong focus on accuracy and constructability
- Contribute to clear documentation and effective communication throughout project execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Strong foundation in architectural design and technical detailing
- Experience or exposure to interior fit-out, design-and-build, or turnkey projects is a strong advantage
- Basic background in project coordination or project management is a plus
- Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on drawings and documentation
- Good communication and teamwork skills with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices is desirable
- Licensed Architect is a plus, but not required</li>
