Job Description

  • Manages and nurtures key accounts by maintaining strong customer engagement, identifying upsell and crosssell opportunities, and supporting longterm business growth.
  • Works closely with technical and solution teams to design and deliver customized IT solutions that address client needs and support their operational goals.
  • Supports account planning activities, including opportunity tracking, proposal development, and customer presentations to drive successful deal outcomes.
  • Contributes to a collaborative team environment by sharing best practices, helping peers when needed, and promoting continuous improvement across the account management team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have at least 1 or 2 years of relevant experience in IT solution sales, supporting revenue growth and helping teams meet sales targets across diverse industries.
  • Strong client relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and maintain long-term account partnerships.
  • Solid negotiation and communication abilities that contribute to successful deal support and highvalue opportunity closures.
  • Proactive in identifying potential growth opportunities, analyzing customer pain points, and contributing to effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborative team player with proven capability to support account management processes, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business expansion.
