- Responsible in reviewing current IT systems, including hardware, software, and network features, to identify issues and areas for improvement.
Who Are We Looking For
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Experience in application support. Knowledge in SQL and Business Analysis
Major Responsibility Areas
- Assist in identifying business automation needs and assessing their impact on current processes.
- Help capture, document, and communicate business and functional requirements.
- Support the team in determining solutions to business problems and ensuring they meet requirements.
- Provide basic support in managing application systems to meet business needs.
- Assist in analyzing and resolving system issues and coordinating usage among users.
- Support reviews of business processes to identify potential system enhancements.
- Contribute to presenting and delivering information effectively to system users.
- Participate in various phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to implementation.
- Collaborate with senior analysts, IT teams, and stakeholders to meet project goals.
