We are looking for a Junior Software QA Tester to help ensure the quality of web and application systems through manual and basic automation testing. The role involves executing test cases, identifying defects, and working closely with developers to improve system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual and basic automation test cases
- Identify, document, and track software defects
- Perform functional and regression testing
- Assist in creating test cases and test documentation
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 12 years experience in Software QA or testing
- Knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies
- Experience in manual testing; automation testing experience is a plus
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
