About The Role
Bossjob is looking for a proactive and driven Sales Executive I to support our outbound sales efforts and client activation process. This role focuses on high-volume lead generation, initial client engagement, and ensuring successful onboarding of new clients onto the platform. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager and is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute 4060 outbound calls daily to identify and engage potential SME and Enterprise clients
- Manage the end-to-end client activation process, guiding new users from registration to their first successful job post
- Research and source 2030 new leads daily through platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, and other directories
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM, including call notes, lead status, and follow-ups
- Support pipeline growth by ensuring consistent lead flow and proper lead qualification
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Bossjobs solutions
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in any field
- Open to fresh graduates; prior experience is not required
- Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Highly driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and update CRM data accurately
