Job Description

Job Summary

A Junior Designer should create engaging designs according to requirements. You will work closely with a Senior Designer under the supervision of the Creative Director to produce high-quality work. In this role, you should be highly creative and have a sharp eye for details. Your goal will be to create impactful designs that capture and promote our company vision.

Responsibilities

  • Research and develop new ways in presenting our brand. Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size for approval.
  • Meet briefs and deliver quality, outstanding work.
  • Work across multiple clients, crossing platforms, and channel.
  • Working as part of a design team, supporting the senior creatives on client projects, though sometimes you may be asked to lead small projects of your own.
  • Presenting your ideas with clear creative rationale.
  • Work on a specific application or product helping take it from an idea to fully function experience.
  • Design and manage the production of our events which will give you the opportunity to demonstrate your creativity, giving you center stage to display your work.
  • Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia. Fine Art Design or related discipline.
  • Experience in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, and AfterEffects.
  • Proven graphic designing knowledge.
  • Creative in terms of visualization and conceptualization.
  • Able to think outside the box and has originality.
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with strong portfolio.
  • Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
  • Effective time management skills, organized, self-driven, self-motivated, and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
