The
Junior Marketing Officer is a dynamic, execution-focused role designed to drive the brands visibility and support the marketing departments growth goals. Reporting to the
Category Manager, you will serve as the primary engine for marketing executiontranslating strategies into engaging content, managing digital communities, and ensuring the smooth rollout of integrated campaigns. The position goal is to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while providing the operational support and data tracking necessary to optimize marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution & Content Development
Draft and produce creative assets, including social media copy, basic graphic designs, and short-form videos for offline and online platforms.
Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are met according to the timeline set by the Category Manager.
Help execute brand plans and promotional activities to maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all channels.
Oversee the day-to-day management of digital platforms, including scheduling posts and engaging with the online community.
- Operational Coordination & Vendor Management
Act as the point of contact for external suppliers and agencies to ensure marketing materials are produced and delivered on time.
Assist in monitoring marketing expenses and organizing invoices to ensure campaigns stay within the allocated budget.
- Monitoring, Research & Reporting
Consolidate data from digital & e-commerce platforms and as well as offline activities to create weekly/monthly reports on campaign KPIs.
Conduct regular research on industry trends and monitor competitor activities to identify new opportunities for brand growth.
Assist in gathering insights to help the team evaluate and refine marketing tactics based on performance metrics
