Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts, agreements, and legal documents
Support in corporate governance matters, including preparation of board resolutions and corporate records
Conduct legal research and provide summaries or recommendations on legal issues
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
Assist in preparing and filing documents with government agencies (e.g., SEC, BIR, LGUs)
Coordinate with internal departments regarding legal requirements and documentation
Liaise with external legal counsel, regulators, and other stakeholders as needed
Maintain and organize legal files, records, and documentation
Assist in handling corporate transactions, including due diligence and documentation
Provide general legal and administrative support to the Legal Department
Other tasks may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
Must be a member of the Philippine Bar (preferred) or newly admitted lawyer
0–2 years of experience in corporate law or related field (fresh passers are welcome)
Experience in contracts, compliance, or corporate documentation is an advantage .
