The Drawing BoardThe role will help in leading initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. The role will achieve the team target set forth by Management and organize new marketing strategies, sales acquisition program and developmental programs for the team.
The GrindIdentify leads and secure partnership opportunitiesDevelop new relationships to foster business growth and expand company operationsEngage and nurture client relationshipsMaintain existing business relationshipsPrepare sales materials, including proposals and contractsDeliver sales pitches and presentations to consistently meet or exceed quota targetsDevelop quotes and proposals tailored to client needsApply critical thinking during planning phases to ensure project successCultivate new leads and expand potential partnerships with hotel and property ownersProvide regular progress reports and updates directly to the Cluster Business Development Manager
The Driving ForceAdvanced English Language skills, both verbal and writtenAdaptable to dynamic environmentComfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirementsStartup experience is a plusAbility to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty and ambiguityGood understanding of market trendsActive listener, have a compelling sales personalityHunger to chase and close new business
The FundamentalsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience1-2 years business development experience (preferred, but not required)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to develop and execute successful business development strategiesFocused and goal-orientedAbility to start ASAP
