Call Center Agents to join our
Travel Account. In this role, you will be the voice of a major travel brand, assisting customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, and dream vacations.
Responsibilities
- Booking & Reservations: Assist customers in booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and tour packages using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) or internal tools.
- Itinerary Management: Process cancellations, re-bookings, and itinerary changes due to flight delays or customer requests.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve travel-related issues such as lost luggage, overbooked hotels, or ticketing errors with empathy and efficiency.
- Inquiry Handling: Provide accurate information regarding travel requirements (visas, baggage policies, COVID-19 protocols, etc.).
- Sales & Upselling: Recommend travel insurance, seat upgrades, or additional amenities to enhance the customer's travel experience.
Job Requirements
- Educational Background: Open to High School/Senior High School graduates (College degree is a plus but not required).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills with a neutral accent.
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in a shifting schedule (including graveyard, weekends, and holidays) to support international time zones.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable navigating multiple tabs and basic software quickly.
- Experience: Previous BPO experience is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply!
