Job Description

Are you passionate about travel and helping others explore the world We are looking for dynamic Call Center Agents to join our Travel Account. In this role, you will be the voice of a major travel brand, assisting customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, and dream vacations.

Responsibilities

  • Booking & Reservations: Assist customers in booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and tour packages using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) or internal tools.
  • Itinerary Management: Process cancellations, re-bookings, and itinerary changes due to flight delays or customer requests.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve travel-related issues such as lost luggage, overbooked hotels, or ticketing errors with empathy and efficiency.
  • Inquiry Handling: Provide accurate information regarding travel requirements (visas, baggage policies, COVID-19 protocols, etc.).
  • Sales & Upselling: Recommend travel insurance, seat upgrades, or additional amenities to enhance the customer's travel experience.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background: Open to High School/Senior High School graduates (College degree is a plus but not required).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills with a neutral accent.
  • Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in a shifting schedule (including graveyard, weekends, and holidays) to support international time zones.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable navigating multiple tabs and basic software quickly.
  • Experience: Previous BPO experience is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply!
