JIRA and Service Now Administrator
Description:
Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles in JIRA and Service Now
Create, modify, and optimize projects, workflows, schemes, screens, and fields in JIRA and Service Now
Develop and maintain integrations between JIRA, Service Now, and other systems using APIs, webhooks, and script runner
Monitor system performance, security, and availability, and perform regular backups and upgrades
Provide technical support and training to JIRA and Service Now users, and
resolve issues and requests
Generate and analyze reports and dashboards to track project progress, service quality, and customer satisfaction
Evaluate and implement new features, plugins, and enhancements to improve the functionality and usability of JIRA and Service Now
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
3+ years of experience as a JIRA and Service Now administrator, or similar role
Proficient in JIRA and Service Now administration, configuration, and customization
Knowledge of JIRA and Service Now APIs, webhooks, and script runner
Experience with agile software development methodologies and best practices
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
