Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled JIRA and ServiceNow Administrator to join our IT team and support our cloud-based project and service management platforms. The role involves configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting JIRA and ServiceNow instances, as well as designing custom workflows, fields, reports, and integrations. You will collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure the platforms deliver maximum value and meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and roles in JIRA and ServiceNow
  • Configure, modify, and optimize projects, workflows, schemes, screens, and fields
  • Develop and maintain integrations between JIRA, ServiceNow, and other systems using APIs, webhooks, and ScriptRunner
  • Monitor system performance, security, and availability; perform regular backups and upgrades
  • Provide technical support and training to users, resolving issues and requests promptly
  • Generate and analyze reports and dashboards to track project progress, service quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Evaluate and implement new features, plugins, and enhancements to improve functionality and usability

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a JIRA and ServiceNow administrator or in a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in JIRA and ServiceNow administration, configuration, and customization
  • Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and ScriptRunner for automation and integration
  • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment

Work setup: Hybrid (3x RTO)

Contract duration: March 2026 - December 2026
