Job Overview

We are hiring an experiencedJira Administratorto manage and optimize ourAha! product management suite including Roadmaps, Ideas, Develop, and Whiteboards. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background inproduct operations,agile development tools, androadmap software administration. You will be the go-to expert for platform configuration, user support, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure Aha! workspaces, products, initiatives, and release structures.
• Customize workflows, scoring models, templates, and automation rules.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Integrate Aha! with Azure DevOps, Jira, and other tools.
• Set up SSO, authentication, and security settings.
• Enforce governance standards and naming conventions.
• Audit data for accuracy and cleanliness.
• Provide user support, training, and onboarding.
• Promote platform adoption and track usage metrics.
• Roll out new features and enhancements.
• Build dashboards and reports for leadership insights.
• Coordinate change management and data migrations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience withAha! or Jira.
• Strong understanding of product management and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration (product, engineering, operations).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
