Track and analyze effectiveness of training programs by examining candidate's performance. Recommend changes to training programs or solutions to known problems
Stay informed about recruitment processes and recommends program changes where appropriate
What we are looking for:
Experience Target: At least 6 month training experience, coaching and mentoring, preferably in a complex, fast-paced contact center environment. Good understanding of training processes and practices for adults. Excellent vertical knowledge. JLPT N1 Certified
Skills: Excellent listening and oral/written communication skills. Strong facilitation, problem-solving, research and decision-making skills. Solid understanding and use of computer basics (Internet, e-mail, MS Office). Organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge/AbilitiesAdult learning principles, ability to work on flexible shifts, ability to think on one's feet
Travel Required: 50% for mobile training
Other: Personal Accountability. Completes tasks designated Consistent in doing the right thing in all aspects of the job. Holds oneself accountable in meeting targets. Ensures his/her knowledge and skills are still updated for the role
