Key Responsibilities

Live Interpretation: Provide accurate, real-time, or consecutive interpretation during meetings, factory visits, negotiations, and conferences.
Translation: Translate business documents, emails, reports, and manuals between Japanese and English.
Communication Support: Act as a liaison between Japanese management/staff and local teams to ensure clear understanding and prevent misunderstandings.
Cultural Advising: Explain cultural differences and business practices to promote smooth interaction.
Administrative Tasks: Occasionally perform, clerical duties, such as data entry or coordination, supporting, or accompanying Japanese expats
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree holder, can speak Filipino, English and Fluent in Japanese can speak and write b
Language Proficiency: Near-native or native proficiency in both Japanese and English, typically validated by JLPT N1 or N2 certificate required
Experience: Proven experience in interpretation, often required in specialized fields like manufacturing, IT, or corporate settings.
Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and presentation skills. Familiarity with technical terminology in the specific industry.
Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
