Japanese Bilingual Project Manager

Job Details

• Manage project from planning to closing
• Create Project plan based on project scope and requirement
• Direct and monitor project team to execute project based on defined project plan
• Tracking project progress and quality
• Manage project performance based on JIRA tool and others
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Ensure all deliverables are released on-time with predefined quality
• Manage project resource by: Build project team by training/coaching members - Solve team conflict to ensure project teamwork and Motivate member
• Manage project stockholder for both internal and external
• Work directly with customer about requirement and schedule
• Work with other departments about project resource and tool if any
• Lead end to end project delivery.
• Client/Stakeholder management.
• Risk and Quality control management.

Job qualifications

Must Have Skills:

• At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager in IT/software development.
• Used Jira and Confluence
• With JLPT N3/N2/N1 certification
• Has an experience in using AI solutions within the project management.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
• Experience working directly with Japanese clients or in the Japan offshore development model (BrSE, PM, QA Lead, etc.).
• Strong skills in project planning, communication, leadership, and problem-solving.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management methodologies.
