Job Overview:
Movate Philippines Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Japanese-speaking professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries and concerns through both voice and non-voice channels, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and prompt resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer queries and issues through voice and non-voice communication, emphasizing active listening and clear communication.
- Assess customer needs by actively listening and asking relevant questions, adhering to company protocols to deliver accurate and timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of each customer interaction, documenting all relevant information, actions taken, and resolutions provided to ensure transparency and consistency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum education requirement: At least 2 years of completed college, a 2-year vocational course, or a 4-year degree.
- Willingness to work onsite at East Gate Business Center, Antipolo City, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed.
- Availability to work during Japan business hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Proficiency in the Japanese language (N1 level or native fluency).
- A minimum of 6 months of professional experience in a customer support role, specifically handling Japanese-language interactions.
