ITSM Servicenow Developer

Experience: 3 to 10 years

Location: Makati (2 days WFO in a week)

Shift: 8AM to 5PM PHT

Job type: Permanent with MNC (Direct hire)

Key Responsibilities

· Customize, configure, and maintain core ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, and Request Fulfillment.

· Design and maintain the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework, ensuring accurate mapping of Business Services, Application Services, and Service Offerings within the CMDB.

· Develop and implement workflow automation using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and IntegrationHub to streamline IT service processes.

· Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

· Prepare test plans, perform unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing before deployment of enhancements or updates.

· Ensure ServiceNow configurations and customizations align with ITSM best practices and organizational standards.

· Support CMDB governance by ensuring accurate data modeling and proper foundational data flow into the CMDB.

· Troubleshoot platform issues, recommend improvements, and support continuous enhancement of ServiceNow capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation, configuration, and development.

· Deep understanding of ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 best practices.

· Experience in configuring and supporting ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Request Fulfillment.

· Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CSDM, CMDB structure, and data modeling concepts.

· Technical proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for Service Portal development.

· Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and IntegrationHub.

· Ability to design scalable solutions and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
