ITO MANAGERJob Summary
The ITO Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, security, governance, and operational management of the Bank's IT infrastructure and technology solutions. The role ensures reliable service delivery, operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement of IT operations in support of business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage IT infrastructure operations, including network, storage, server, and platform environments, to ensure availability, reliability, and capacity requirements are met
- Lead service delivery, incident management, and problem resolution activities to achieve service level targets and recovery time objectives (RTOs)
- Oversee infrastructure-related changes to ensure compliance with standards, adequate testing, and minimal service disruption during implementation
- Manage IT infrastructure budgets, vendor performance, and third-party service providers to ensure cost efficiency and adherence to contractual commitments
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, risk management requirements, and regulatory guidelines through effective governance and operational controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 4 years of management experience in information technology, infrastructure operations, or a related technology role
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure operations, service delivery management, change management, and solution delivery lifecycle processes
- Technical proficiency in infrastructure technologies, databases, and programming platforms such as COBOL, CICS, Java, VB, and SQL
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively
