Job Description

SENIOR ITO MANAGERJob Summary

The Senior ITO Manager is responsible for the overall service management of the Bank's IT infrastructure, ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of technology services in support of business operations. The role also oversees the alignment of the BPI Oversight Team and outsourced service providers to ensure effective and efficient day-to-day IT operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee service delivery management to ensure IT infrastructure services meet agreed service level targets and continuously improve operational performance
  • Manage infrastructure-related incidents and problems to achieve recovery time objectives (RTOs) and minimize service disruptions
  • Lead the operations and maintenance of IT infrastructure platforms, including mainframe, storage, and network environments, to meet availability and capacity requirements
  • Ensure infrastructure-related changes are properly reviewed, tested, and implemented in compliance with established standards and procedures
  • Oversee infrastructure budgets, vendor performance, and compliance with technology policies, standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of management experience in information technology, infrastructure operations, or a related technology role
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure operations, service delivery management, change management, solution delivery lifecycle, and ITIL practices
  • Technical expertise in infrastructure technologies and programming languages such as COBOL, CICS, Java, VB, and SQL
  • Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
