Standardize technical content across platforms and media. Edit documentation and online help to ensure clarity, accuracy, organization, and adherence to style guides and standards.
Create paper-based and digital operating instructions, how-to manuals, assembly instructions, and frequently asked questions (FAQs) pages to assist technical support staff, consumers, and other users.
Develop in-depth user guides, FAQs, technical overviews, and in-product help documentation.
Utilize the content management system (CMS) to manage the lifecycle of technical documentation, including draft, review, and publishing phases.
Produce high-quality documentation for web-based applications, including how-tos, tutorials, user guides, and knowledge base content.
Writes software documentation from technical specifications, discussions with developers, and hands-on experimentation.
Create, maintain, and update manuals, procedures, specifications, installation instructions, training materials, and other technical documents.
Contribute to documentation standards, including participating in peer editing. Manage the consistency of technical content across departments, ensuring alignment with product development, manufacturing, marketing, and customer relations.
Incorporate animation, graphs, illustrations, or photographs to enhance users understanding of the material.
Create, compile, and deliver software development documentation packages.
Adapt rapidly to a changing industry and be able to adjust responsibilities, time, and objectives accordingly.

Minimum Qualifications
Education At least graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, IT, or any related course.
Related Work Experience At least 2-3+ years of experience working in an IT environment or technical writer background.
Experience in technical writing and product development or exposure in IT software products
Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
Knowledge Knowledgeable in the following:
Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Computer literate
Knowledge of data governance, lineage, and catalog standards
Ability to synthesize technical & business concepts
Familiarity with ERDs/DFDs and data profiling outputs
