Job Description

Assist IT Manager in the day-to-day administration of all IT systems such as STG system, POS, SMS blast, email blast software, and other IT-related projects.

Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications. Diagnose and solve hardware/software faults and provide end-user PC support for all supported applications.

Check and repair computers, replace parts, and install new PC components as required. Perform daily routines such as wellness checks of IT systems.

Install new network lines for new users. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, including wireless network load. Troubleshoot system and network problems such as slow connections.

Ensure all computers have updated virus protection and remain virus-free.

Utilize and maintain various output devices such as printers, barcode printers, card printers, scanners, and other computer-related equipment such as CCTV cameras.

Set up computer systems for all TOPS and BUSA branches. Provide technical expertise for TOPS/BUSA POS problems as needed.

Install, monitor, and maintain the CCTV system for STG DC and all store branches. Set up and maintain backup systems.

Set up computer systems (POS) for TOPSHOW, BGS, and other events. Provide support for cashier POS problems.

Perform other related duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Can work with minimal supervision.

Ability to manage time effectively.

Quick learner, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work well under pressure.

Preferably a resident of Meycauayan or Marilao, Bulacan, or nearby areas.
