Respond and resolve all IT-related issues and concerns which include but not limited to hardware, software, cyber security, and network.
Maintain and/or retain detailed records of IT-related supports.
Receive and process requests for purchase of IT-related devices, upon approval.
Create email, upon approval.
Grant system accesses, upon approval.
Ensure that the data backup is carried out regularly, and create records as supporting documents.
Evaluate requests for provision of technological hardware and endorse them to the IT Manager for review and approval, when necessary.
Report updates to the IT Manager, and escalate issues, when necessary.
Monitor the utilization of the company's resources e.g., hardware, software, cyber security, network, and recommend solutions to the IT Manager, when necessary.
Ensure that all support tickets are logged as of month-end, and if otherwise, workarounds are in place so as to not cause downtime.
Conduct NAS backup integrity checks, and create reports.
Organize and perform the annual preventive maintenance of all IT-related devices, and produce reports thereafter.
Perform necessary IT-related drills, and provide recommendations to the IT Manager, as necessary.
Assist the IT Manager in developing procedures, work instructions, internally generated references, and other relevant documents to ensure the successful implementation of IT functions.
Follows organizations guidelines and policy on Quality, Environment, Safety and Health (QESH).
Commitment to responsibility and participation in the Quality, Environment, Safety & Health, and CSR programs and activities of the organization.
Performs other job-related duties as maybe assigned from time to time.
