Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Technical Recruiter (Mid-Level) based in Quezon City. The recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting technical candidates for IT roles. This involves building pipelines for IT recruitment, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. The recruiter will also contribute to improving hiring strategies and leveraging innovative sourcing tools.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Technical Recruiting, IT Recruitment, and recruiting for technology-focused roles
  • Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Knowledge of Information Technology concepts and ability to identify IT-specific talent
  • Strong understanding of hiring processes and proven success in meeting recruitment goals
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work in an on-site environment in Manila
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
