Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsible for supervising the group to ensure that support is provided within the defined SLA's.
  • Responsible for resolving the day-to-day software and hardware issues
  • Oversee the Managed IT Support services operation
  • Coordinate with customer IT Management team
  • Ensure that all operational and contractual obligations of the support services to customers are met accordingly
  • Manages internal processes for communicating outage or emergency activities to the organization with guidance of customer IT Management Team
  • Present reporting duties, performance analysis, and metric measurement
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any IT-related course
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience supervising a large IT Support team
  • With ITIL background or certification
