Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional based in the Philippines to support IT hiring needs on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with consulting firms, handling high-volume and niche IT contract roles, and managing end-to-end recruitment cycles for global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT contract roles across multiple technologies and skill sets
Partner with consulting stakeholders and hiring managers to understand project-based and contractual hiring needs
Source, creen, and engage IT professionals using multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking)
Maintain and manage candidate pipelines for ongoing and future contract requirements
Conduct initial interviews and assess technical, functional, and cultural fit
Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, offers, and onboarding processes
Ensure compliance with hiring policies, timelines, and documentation requirements
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring status reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
7+ years of proven experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Strong background in consulting or staffing firms
Extensive experience in contract hiring for IT roles
In-depth understanding of IT technologies, roles, and market trends
Excellent sourcing and negotiation skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience recruiting for global or offshore/onshore models is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting US, APAC, or global clients
Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics
Prior experience working in fast-paced, project-driven hiring environments
