Requirements

Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role

Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems

Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Customer-oriented attitude with attention to detail

Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes

Responsibilities

  • Basic Networking
  • Basic Troubleshooting
  • Basic Hardware Support (Desktop, Laptop, Printers)
  • Basic Software Support (Basic MS Office, Computer Software)
  • Basic Communication to user for support via phone, chat and email.
  • Basic knowledge POS set up
  • Willing to travel from different remote location for support.
  • Basic CCTV configuration
  • Knowledgeable for biometric
  • Basic troubleshooting Printer
  • Respond to and resolve technical incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions to hardware and application-based issues
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support when needed
  • Salary range: 25,000 to 26,000 (Includes meal allowance and service charge)
