IT Support Specialist

Location: Cebu/Clark/Tarlac/Mandaluyong
Shift: Monday - Friday; 7:00am to 4:00pm
Work Arrangement: Onsite, Full Time

About the role. . .

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our IT Support team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT support services, assisting clients with technical issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to IT support requests and troubleshoot technical issues via email, chat, or phone.
  • Provide remote technical assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related concerns.
  • Document all support inquiries, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in our ticketing system.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and updates of software applications and operating systems.
  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions for technical troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues and share knowledge to improve the support process.
  • Monitor system performance, report issues, and suggest improvements for efficiency.
  • Assist in the management and maintenance of user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Previous experience in an IT support or helpdesk role is preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software applications.
  • Familiarity with network environments, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and understanding of basic networking concepts.
  • Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear and concise instructions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
