Qualifications

At least 4 years of experience in SAP HCM/HR
3 years of experience in Payroll
Extensive experience in SAP HR Systems
Amenable to work on-site in Mandaluyong City

Job Details

Project-based (9 months initial contract)
Full on-site in Mandaluyong City

Responsibilities

Perform configurations on SAP HR systems.
Perform unit and integration testing as required by the configurations performed in Group SAP HR systems.
Assist in user acceptance testing for SAP HR Systems performed by the Client`s Group and resolve issues related to SAP HR expertise.
Produce documentations related to configurations and testing performed in SAP HR Systems.
Update documentations (blueprints, test scripts, test scenarios, user manuals) impacted by any changes implemented on Client`s SAP HR systems.
Conduct end user training for the Client`s business users as needed.
Create how-to documentation to aid the Client`s users in using the SAP HR Systems effectively.
Lead the transition and migration of SAP HR system data, ensuring seamless data integrity, minimal to no disruption to operations, and full compliance with organizational and standard best practices.
