What You'll Do
As an IT Support, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and network environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and supporting enterprise applications (Microsoft 365, Adobe, etc.)
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues
- Administering Active Directory user access and permissions
- Setting up and maintaining VPN access and network credentials
- Monitoring network performance and implementing optimization strategies
- Managing firewall configurations, bandwidth allocation, and ISP routing
- Supporting end-users with escalated technical issues
- Maintaining IT asset inventories and documentation
- Ensuring systems remain compliant with security and update requirements
- Collaborating with internal IT teams on infrastructure and technology projects
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or a related role
- Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
- Experience with Active Directory user management
- Knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
- Basic understanding of Mac OS and LAN/WAN networking concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to work on graveyard and rotating shifts
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced technology environment
