Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team and provide comprehensive technical support across hardware, software, and network systems. This role ensures smooth IT operations, user assistance, and reliable infrastructure for business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with computers, software, networks, and peripheral devices.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain hardware, software, servers, and network infrastructure.
  • Provide help desk support and manage user accounts.
  • Set up and operate audio-visual systems for events and hybrid meetings.
  • Monitor network performance and implement security measures.
  • Manage data backups, archiving, and recovery processes.
  • Ensure compliance with software licensing .
  • Patch management and technology upgrades.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT support, network management, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, fiber optic cabling, CCTV systems, and audio-video setups.
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, networking protocols, and IT security best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
