WHAT YOUu0027LL BRING
Systems & Network Management

Maintain and secure network infrastructure including firewalls, routers, and switches
Configure routing protocols, perform firmware upgrades, and ensure network reliability
Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues

Server & Virtualization

Deploy, migrate, and maintain systems with regular patch management
Manage Windows Servers (2012u0026ndash2019):AD, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, and Exchange/O365
Administer virtual environments using VMware and Hyper-V
Oversee backup systems and storage solutions

Service Excellence & Optimization

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support teams
Recommend system and process improvements to enhance service quality and client satisfaction
