Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Resolves day to day technical IT concerns reported through SMITH
  • Software installation and maintenance
  • Generation of monthly print report
  • Printer maintenance and request
  • Provide support for Quarterly and Semi-Annual Coordination meeting
  • Provide support for EDD Meetings (e.g. Videocon, Telecon, FGH Meeting)
  • First level network support
  • Escalation of IT concerns to 2nd Level support
  • Software and Hardware inventory
  • Issuance and deployment of IT equipment
  • File transfer requested through SMITH
  • Processing of IT purchase and IT service request for EDD Coordination with branch counterparts and other IT teams
  • Monitoring of Virus detections and Anti-virus client compliance
  • Monitoring of SCCM client compliance
  • Creation of IT equipment evaluation and recommendation document
  • Perform research and development
  • Manage User AD credentials
  • Maintenance of EDD File and Print server
  • Liaise with vendors and contractors for IT Equipment warranty claims and requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT technical support.
  • With experience in Microsoft, SAP, AutoCAD, antivirus, security software installation, PC hardware and network troubleshooting.
  • Knowledgeable in server administration.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Pasay City.
