Role Overview:
Lead IT strategy, governance, and innovation across the organization, ensuring technology initiatives align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define IT strategy and roadmap in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Oversee IT operations, solutions delivery, and process & systems initiatives.
- Drive digital transformation, innovation, and adoption of emerging technologies.
- Monitor performance metrics, manage risks, and report to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
- Strong strategic thinking, governance, and executive communication skills.
