Job Description:

  • Provides management coverage to multiple facilities.
  • Manage the IT function and related operations to ensure effective, reliable and accurate IT services are provided to Business Operations and Support functions.
  • Provide prompt support to resolve operational issues related to Desk side transaction processing systems and services.
  • Proactive performance monitoring of IT systems and services.
  • Coordinate with other technology groups and ensure all IT issues are resolved effectively.
  • Ensure audit recommendations are complied in a timely manner ensuring Information and Network security is maintained.
  • Coordinate with Vendors in providing economical IT services and equipment as per company standards.
  • Be responsible to ensure maintenance and other agreements are always current to protect IT systems and operations.
  • Ensure IT assets are properly documented and managed to reflect current moves, adds and changes.
  • Ensure IT systems infrastructure requirements are met to enable timely migration of business processes in all sites.
  • Responsible for staff development and training within IT Systems.
  • Coordinate with internal/external parties to ensure IT operations are carried out to maintain business continuity
  • Be responsible for budgeting and ensure operational budgets are managed within prescribed levels of variance.

Qualifications:

  • Degree / Post Graduate Diploma holder of a recognized university in the fields of Computer Engineering/Electronics/Software Engineering or equivalent
  • Strong hands-on and leadership experience in Endpoints, Networks, Servers, Data Centers, SD-WAN, VPN, and Security.
  • Proven ability to design, scale, and stabilize large IT environments.
  • Experience managing large, multi-site IT operations and 24x7 support.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL, incident, problem, change, and capacity management.
  • Experience in creating policies and process documents
  • End-to-end ownership of IT budgets, budget planning, forecasting, reviews, and cost optimization, and CapEx & OpEx governance.
  • Experience with ISO, PCI, SOC, client audits, and internal risk assessments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain audit-ready environments and close findings.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to explain technical issues in business terms.
  • Experience with reviews, risk reports, roadmaps, and budget presentations.
