The
IT Specialist is responsible for providing technical support, resolving IT-related issues, and ensuring all IT equipment and systems are functioning properly. The role focuses on maintaining user productivity by delivering fast and efficient IT assistance.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must be a College Graduate (BS IT / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or related)
- At least 13 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support.
- Knows troubleshooting desktop/laptop hardware and software issues
- Knows Windows OS installation and configuration
- Has a skill in basic network troubleshooting (LAN, WiFi, internet issues)
- Skills in printer and peripheral support
- Skills in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 support
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory (user creation, password reset)
Job Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support to end-users (onsite and remote)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and applications
- Assist users with system access, password resets, and basic account issues
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT support when needed
- Log and track IT incidents and service requests
