Job Description
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology preferably with 1 to 2 years of work experience in related field.
Has basic knowledge in troubleshooting PCs, UPs, printers, and other peripherals.
Responsibilities
Provide regular update and scanning of anti-virus program on individual PCs.
Maintain inventory of all PCs, printers, and IT-related equipment including information on acquisition date, repair history, drivers, installation CDs, and all related peripherals.
Prepare monthly reports on commonly asked questions or concerns from the employees as inputs for a User Guide training program.
