Key Responsibilities;
Manage and troubleshoot on computer system such as laptops, desktop, servers, CCTV cameras and various printers/photocopiers/scanners.
Maintain company backup system availability (File Servers and NAS Storage Servers)
Performed LAN cabling and IT server room administration.
Firewall, switches and routers management.
System Administration (Active Directory and Web Servers)
Maintain network and Wi-Fi security.
Assist computer user of the company in terms on IT related concerns.
Assist in implementing IT solutions to improve business operations.
Skills & Experience
2- 5 yrs solid experience as IT Specialist role.
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux)
Expertise in servers, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
Strong background in troubleshooting complex technical issues and supporting business operations.
Knowledge of cybersecurity practices, data protection and Point of Sale (POS) and E-commerce.
Advanced knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
