Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site IT Service Desk role based in Cebu. The primary responsibilities include providing technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving IT issues, managing IT service requests, and ensuring uninterrupted technical system operations. Additional duties involve IT troubleshooting, documenting processes, and delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

1 year experience as IT Specialist

  • Strong technical expertise in Information Technology and IT Service Management
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues through effective Troubleshooting and Technical Support methods
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to effectively communicate and assist users with technical issues
  • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, on-site environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong documentation, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • A bachelor's degree in IT-related fields or equivalent professional experience is recommended in
