The IT Security & Infrastructure Manager is responsible for IT Security and Infrastructure related activities.
This role is a Manager level position and reports directly to the Chief Information Officer.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to :
IT Security
- Manage and Handle IT Security Incidents.
- Create and Maintain IT Security Policies.
- Conduct IT Security Assessments during Application/Vendor Evaluation.
- Maintain and Monitor Cybersecurity Awareness Training Compliance or any similar mandatory training related to IT Security.
- Implement IT Security Projects that will help the bank's compliance with the latest threats and
- regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and Manage IT Security Tools (Endpoint Security, IT Asset Management Tool, etc.)
- Point of Contact for Audit on IT Security related matters.
- Manage Netbank's Security Operations Center (SOC).
- Process and Service IT Security related requests.
- Supervise IT Security & Infrastructure Engineers on all delegated IT Security tasks.
IT Infrastructure
- Manage and Maintain On-Premise Infrastructure (Network Equipments, Servers, etc.)
- Manage and Maintain Cloud Infrastructure
- Provisioning of Cloud Infrastructure
- Maintenance of Cloud Infrastructure
- Maintain Cloud Security Infrastructure
- Other related activities by Cloud Engineer and Cloud Security Engineer/Architect
- Point of Contact for Audit on IT Infrastructure related matters
Others
- Provide process improvement inputs related to IT Security and Infrastructure Management.
- Performance Monitoring on IT Security & Infrastructure Engineers.
Other tasks that may be assigned by the Chief Information Officer from time to time.
