S360 is an AI-augmented staffing and operations firm helping small and mid-sized businesses unlock the practical power of artificial intelligence in their day-to-day work. We don't just talk about AI — we embed it. We place operationally-minded team members at client sites, supported by deep technical and AI expertise at our headquarters. Our core AI platform is Anthropic's Claude, and we're building service lines around it that will define how SMBs work in the years ahead.
The Opportunity:
We're looking for someone who has gone deep on Claude — not just used it, but built with it. You will be S360's dedicated Claude Implementation Expert: the person our clients call when they want to use AI safely, effectively, and at scale. You'll work directly with business owners, operations managers, and front-line staff — guiding them from we have Claude access to Claude is saving us 10 hours a week and we can prove it. This role is new. You'll help define what great Claude implementation looks like for SMBs, and your work will directly shape how S360 serves its clients in 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute Claude implementation roadmaps for SMB clients across industries — healthcare, finance, operations, and professional services
- Conduct prompt engineering workshops and train non-technical staff to use Claude safely, confidently, and to measurable effect
- Assess client IT environments for security, data governance, and compliance considerations — with particular attention to HIPAA for healthcare clients
- Build and maintain Claude Projects, custom system prompts, and agent frameworks tailored to each client's workflows
- Monitor and optimize token usage, context window management, and model behavior across client deployments
- Identify automation opportunities and design internal AI workflows that save time and reduce manual effort
- Track and report AI lift metrics — time saved, tasks automated, cost avoided — and present these to clients monthly
- Work closely with S360's internal technical team to align client deployments with core platform capabilities
- Serve as the circuit breaker — proactively flag misuse, data exposure risks, or compliance gaps before they become problems
- Build and maintain client-facing documentation, best practice guides, and SOP libraries so knowledge doesn't live only in your head
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing Claude, GPT-4, or equivalent large language models in a real business context — not academic or personal projects
- Genuine depth in prompt engineering: you know what a well-structured system prompt looks like, you've debugged hallucinations, and you've built multi-turn interactions that hold up
- Working knowledge of IT infrastructure: APIs, authentication flows, data handling, cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure basics acceptable)
- Experience training non-technical users — you can sit with a 50-year-old operations manager who's never used AI and have them confident and productive within an hour
- Familiarity with data compliance frameworks — HIPAA, GDPR, or equivalent — and a genuine instinct for what data should never go into a prompt
- Strong written and verbal communication: you will write client-facing documentation and present findings to C-suite stakeholders
- Self-directed, autonomous, and proactive — S360 is a lean team. We need someone who flags problems before they become incidents, not after
Nice to Have:
- Experience with HubSpot, Zapier, Make, or similar workflow automation tools
- Background in business operations, finance, or HR — not just pure IT or engineering
- Familiarity with Anthropic's Claude API, tool use, and multi-agent frameworks
- Experience building Claude Projects with structured memory and custom instructions
- Track record of measurable outcomes: I saved a client X hours per week or I reduced processing time by Y%
