IT Security and Compliance Consultant (Hybrid | Up to PHP 200,000/month)

Kantanna is an IT & Security Managed Service Provider operating across Australia and the Philippines. We help businesses strengthen their cyber security across endpoints, cloud, and core infrastructureand we also support clients with security compliance programs (e.g., ISO 27001 / SOC 2).
We're hiring an IT Security and Compliance Consultant with a strong technical security background. If you've worked with compliance frameworks, that's a bonusbut it's not a deal-breaker. We can train the right person on the compliance side.
What you'll do
- Deliver hands-on IT security projects for Australian and Philippines-based clients.
- Assess, design, and improve security controls across:
IT infrastructure
Endpoint security & endpoint management
Cloud services & cloud security
- Lead and manage projects end-to-end (planning, execution, documentation, reporting).
- Run client meetings independentlydiscovery sessions, solution discussions, and project updates.
- Support pre-sales consulting: scoping, solution recommendations, and client presentations.
- Contribute to security compliance engagements (training provided where needed).
What we're looking for (must-have)
- 8+ years of IT experience with a strong technical foundation.
- Proven capability delivering IT security outcomes (infrastructure, endpoints, cloud).
- Solid understanding of security concepts and best practices (identity, access, hardening, monitoring, incident response basics, etc.).
- Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident communicator who can lead client conversations without hand-holding.
- Well organised, professional, and client-focusedsomeone people enjoy working with.
Nice to have (but not required)
- Exposure to ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar frameworks (we can train).
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP (or similar).
- MSP/MSSP experience.

- Location: Hybrid (1 day/week in the office; remainder remote)
- Salary: PHP 200,000 per month
