Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach teams in Agile/Scrum principles, ceremonies, and best practices.
  • Foster a safe, collaborative environment that encourages open communication and problem-solving.
  • Remove impediments, protect the team from distractions, and ensure sprint commitments are met.
  • Partner with Product Owners to maintain a well-prioritized backlog and support sprint/release planning.
  • Monitor and track key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, defect rates) to drive performance improvements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth releases.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Strong facilitation, mentoring, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to drive Agile maturity and deliver high-quality outcomes.
