The Role
You aren't just looking for resumes; you are a talent scout, a negotiator, and a brand ambassador. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for specialized IT roles across the United States, ensuring a white-glove experience for both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and Boolean strings to find the purple squirrels in a crowded market.
- Full-Cycle Management: Own the process from initial outreach and technical screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of US tech trends (AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, Cybersecurity) to consult with hiring managers effectively.
- Pipeline Building: Maintain a proactive bench of pre-vetted talent for recurring high-demand roles.
- Data Integrity: Keep our ATS updated with military precision to ensure seamless RPO reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years in IT Recruitment, specifically within the US Market/RPO space.
- Tech Fluency: You know the difference between Java and JavaScript, and you understand the nuances of the SDLC.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills. You can hold your own in a conversation with a Silicon Valley CTO.
- The Hustle: A results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
